  We like coming here for the good 'comfort food' choices. The apple fritter french toast is a big hit! The service is good, sometimes a little wait, though. Prices seem reasonable.

  if i could give NO STARS i WOULD! this was the most terrible experience i have had in a restaurant! my daughter and i, along with a friend and her family had eaten there just a few weeks ago. i had ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, however i did not eat it after taking one bit due to not liking the way it was made. so i told my waitress i did not like it nor will i eat it so can i have it removed from my bill. she said i will talk to my manager to get this taken care of! so we eat the rest of our food and go to pay. i give the manager my receipt , and he begins to tell me i will get 5$ off my chicken wrap. mind you this chicken wrap was 9.99 or 10.99 and i did not eat it they took it an threw it away! so i told the man im sorry but i was looking to have it totally off my bill do to not eating it, as i did not like it. The manager then started to huff and puff and ROLL his eyes and shake his head. so i told him fine just give me my bill with the 5$ off because i will not have you rolling your eyes at me and being upset that i did NOT like your food and did not eat it. so then i continued to tell him i saw his shake his head and be very VERY unprofessional, and roll your eyes at me. i was a completely new customer to this businesses and i can tell you know i will never go back.. he then said he was sorry and wanted me to have my meal for free, i then told him no i just want to pay for what i drank and did actually EAT!!! so after arguing about weather i pay or not pay i said okay well just so you know giving me my meal for free still did not make me happy after i had to deal with his HORRIBLE customer service! if i was any one else i would eat else where! NOT OKAY TO ACT THAT WAY WHEN YOU ARE THE MANAGER! I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED THAT FROM A SERVER OR WAITRESS BUT NOT THE MANAGER. IF ITS OKAY FOR HIM THEN ITS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE HIS STAFF START TO FALLOW IN HIS FOOT STEPS! please fix this because this was not okay!
